So the software that was used to made this game contains codes which allow you go in order through the game In coding there are matches that changes and combine together every single frame displayed in the screen. Like a say there’s an order that this game was made but this guy got in to the files and saw the combination of codes that pops up the final mission. The attempts you saw in the video were him trying to get the final mission codes. glitching and doing all that nonsense shit you saw. I guess that version of gta vice city was altered. I try to do the same and the game crashed in my pc

Game summary: First get in a car drive to the prawn island bridge get out of the car go to the left side of the birdge and walk into the bridge sprint foraward untill tommys head sticks out of the bridge jump then run to the vcn helicopter fly to the rampage close by then fly towards the building infront of that wait till 1:31 get out of the heli double press F1 then get in the heli fly to the shack start a new game then get the fagio drive to the pizza bike before getting on the.pizza bike double press F1 then get on the bike double press F1 10 times then go to the pause menu change language to german then continue the game drive the pizza bike to the tools shop rob the merchant for €1,000 then go under the starfish island bridge collect the hidden package then get into a police car kill cops untill you get 4 stars then press F1 you find yourslef in the vcn chopper again wait for tommy to land at the shack and walk into the house icon then double press f1 then disable vigilante.mission by pressing caps lock then leave the cop car enabling keep your frands close
