GTA Online Speedrun - Former World Record - Criminal Mastermind/All Heists in [

In this Speedrun we successfully complete the Criminal Mastermind challenge in GTA Online as fast as possible.
The conditions of this challenge are:
Complete all heist setups and finales, in order, with the same team, without dying once.
We managed to get a time of 3:42:22 for completing all the Heists, making this the official world record, as of 15.11.2016.
Update: Our Record stood for more than 2 and a half years, until on 06.08.2019 another crew got a faster time.
We will try to get back to it!

We felt the same! Hopefully the guys running all heists get some new energy and beats our time there! Maybe there are some unknown starts as well out there! The run is clearly beatable, but our biggest enemy for this was Rockstar and their servers. Finding times to make attemps on was also a pain! Clear timesaves (with same strats or slightly more yolo versions of them) are possible in PB - Bus, PB - Police Station, Humane Labs finale, Series A - Bikers, Pac - Vans, Pac - Convoy and Pac Finale (bikes + parachute).

Both times we failed this challenge on the FIRST SETUP OF PACIFIC STANDARD JOB! First time, a dude got rammed by the other dude's car. And the second time, another dude GOT SHOT BY AN AMMU-NATION GUY! I mean, we've been doing so great on the first four heists and then we fail miserably as fuck! UPDATE: things are getting worse: we've been trying to do this for 3 more tries. BUT! We didn't even reach Pac Standard. First two times, we ended up on Prison Break Finale, where one time, our pilot got shot when he tried to pick us up (he definetely wasn't paying attention on his armor/health), and another time, inmate guy got SMASHED by a destroyed police chopper. And on third try, which happened a few hours ago, we made it to Humane Labs - Valkyrie setup. And, one of our dudes got blown up by Buzzard's rocket (it managed to launch the rocket in the second before me and my friend took it down). I'm starting to lose hope. I mean, we keep dying in ways I don't expect to, I don't warn my team about it (well, because on the first two tries, as I said in the first comment, we made it to Pac Standard so I thought, if we managed to pass it before, then I don't need to remind them how to not get killed and stuff, but no, I guess, I gotta be really paranoid about every setup and remind everyone about anything).

Quick tip with flying in the Velum! If you fly over 900 feet in GTA V you get a speed boost. Idk if it works in online but it does in story. Check your height in first person on the dash! Hope it works/helps if you do this again!

In fact, yes. It's called "curb boosting" and it gives the car a tiny boost each time you go over a bump or something similar. Some cars benefit from this more than others. I'm not sure on how exactly this works but I think that it's because the car can rev-up for a few milliseconds when the wheel isn't touching the ground and therefore have no resistance. I have some questions. Hopefully i get them answered. (btw i play on PC if it does matter) . Does the heavy vest and the bulletproof helmet still make a difference (or is it just for the optic because i recently talked to a friend with way more experience then me in this game who said that these are outdated infos) ? If it still makes a difference - 2nd question - where operator choose player saved outfits? ( i saw our operator choosing between crew- and leader- but he couldn't find the player-saved- option) . 3rd question. do the skills still make a difference ( same conversation with same friend and also got the outdated stamp) ? 3-b - if the skills still have influence in something, then what exactly? Thx in advance.

Hey, Q: Does the heavy vest and the bulletproof helmet still make a difference? - In heists, they do. They reduce damage by 50%. In freeroam, only the helmet matters. Q: Where operator choose player saved outfits? - For example at 6:52 you can see me quickly changing the difficulty and then (2nd option in the menu) the "Heist Clothing" to "Player Saved Outfits". Obviously, you need to have an outfit saved with the vest beforehand. Keep in mind that you can't do this on "Prison Break Finale" & "Trash Trucks". These setups have forced outfits. Q: Do Skills matter? - Depends on how you look at it. Having 'max health' makes you more resistant against enemy damage. 'Lung capacity' can help in Humane Labs although you have rebreathers anyway, so it doesn't matter. Maxing out 'strength' or 'stealth' (I don't remember which one of these) helps you not to fall over at the final Pacific Standard run to the bikes over the fence. With low skill, you'll faceplant, with higher skill, you'll just roll. But that's only one animation in the whole run. After all, I would say only 'max health' really matters, the rest is negligible.
