I have my FR4X programmed in the fixed bellows mode due to my age of 82 as it was just too much work pulling and pushing the bellows. I really enjoy having the fixed bellows mode...and it stays once it is programmed. Thank you again for your foresight in programming this option!

I set the bellows curve to 3 and saved it permanently per Roland's FR-1X manual. My accordion now plays both with the bellows straps closed or while moving the bellows when playing. The setting stays after turning the accordion off and on -- no need to reset it again. Not sure why, but I am happy with it. At 3 the bellows is easy to push and pull. BTW Dale's User Programs are the best!

How do you do that ? I tried to save the bellow curve permanently but I can’t find that instruction in the manual

Dale, you CAN fix the settings doe the fixed bellows. Of you go to the menu (bleu) end when you see aud press the no. 3 and 4 together quickly and it says seq. Than juse 3 to scroll back to BLC and when you set it to 2 Tjen hold the bleu button and in the screen it als you of you want to safe? Then use 1 or 2 die test or no. And then enter. And the next time you turn your 1x on it Will plat wihout the bellows. Greetings from the Netherlands.
