I had this, but sold when I bought a JDXI, thinking I didn’t need it anymore as the JDXI has a vocoder. But I think I’ll get another just for the effects and the looper’s a bonus too!

Thank you for watching yeah it’s pretty cool haven’t mastered it yet. but like every other piece of equipment I own it takes a while to master things and then you learn things as you go along anyway.

The E4 has been great for my DAWless rig. I've always sang, and was wondering how to incorporate my voice into my performances somehow. The looper turned out to be one of my favorite features...once you set it up, it locks right in and is very easy to use. (For some reason though, the timing of the scatter effects are slightly out of sync with the rest of my rig.) I also have the S1, and it's a great little box as well. Be well!

I just got one of these, haven’t even opened it yet, got the S1 as well, that Ive been playing with! You mentioned the FFine mics, I’ve got the broadcast mic and the Bluetooth lapel chordless. They are both better than their competitors at a third of the price! If you haven’t done a review of your mic, you should! The only difference is they don’t say Shure on them!

Cuando vi a ese carcamal con ese peinado de viejoven, no imaginé que seria capaz de manejar semejante tecnologia con tanta habilidad. Despues de toda la decepción provocada por el resto de videos infames que lo unico que mostravan era como utilizar este dispositivo como pisapapeles, al fin, este erudito de la electronica me ha abierto los ojos y ahora anhelo la diversion que me espera. Can Roland e-4 be used for live stage performance? I ever tried it with my full band performance (of course with loud sound environment) but the e-4 created huge noise unexpectedly. Is it common for e-4? Then it’s only designed for silent studio (?)

Sure I don’t see why it can’t. You could use some type of noise gate on it.

Yes I believe you can plug it into a guitar amp. You would need an 8 inch stereo connector to in quarter inch mono connector I think I’ve never tried that so don’t quote me on that but I believe that’s what you would need. It can be used in stereo and mono I believe.

What I’ve experienced is, there isn’t a way to save what you have created however, obviously hooking it up to a PC or a Mac. You would be able to do that. It’s kind of on the fly kind of thing. At least I haven’t found anything even in the manual.
