The 2nd movement is gorgeous. Bravo for splendid soloists from the orchestra and perfect 2 against 3 rhythm. Again sensitive conducting. Would have liked to hear more of the woodwind trio at the closing pages. Ms Kern is incomparable here.

A most propulsive and exciting first movement. Her final chord at theme of the movement included the same gesture as at the end of her magnificent Cliburn winning performance.. a must see her on KZbin.
