Sounds great! I just figured out the sequencer today - you're right, the manual is key!

That sounds fantastic for what it is! I'd love to grab one of these to play around with.

Grooveboxes are multitimbral, so you get 8 instruments at once on this machine's sequencer including Drums. Live operating and muting is easy. Output is usually a stereo 2 channel. Roland MC505, Yamaha QY70 are little gems with even better sounds :)

@@Delphinixa I was looking at getting a Circuit Tracks or MC-101, but something like this looks like it would be way more fun. This is essentially a stripped down MC-505, it would be plenty enough for what I'd need it for.

@@JeffHendricks The MC101 is next on my list :) The Roland D2 has some nice sounds (Drums and 7 instruments on 8 tracks), but it hasn't got the Frequency Cutoff, Resonance, ADSR edit functions to sculpt a sound, that's why i'm hoping to get the Yamaha QY70 (portable soundmodule with a sequencer). The little machines from the past are worth looking for, not too expensive also. I usually add a Reverb afterwards, makes the overall mix sounds more smooth. :)

@@Delphinixa Did you know they make a program that can access all of the internal settings on a D2? All the stuff on the 505 is in there, just need a software manager to get to it! I'd post a link, but the last time I tried, KZbin spammed it. Just do a search for "roland d2 mc-505 librarian" You can access all the ADSR, filters, LFO's, etc. with it.
