I join the other comments about seeing the chords. A fantastic addition would be a key detector (such as mixed in key studio edition) for a melody played and a list of chords used in that key. Some will say “learn music theory” but I’m sure many here aren’t those over skilled keyboard players. I have melodies in my head, I sing them on my phone and recreate them in DAW with tools helping me to add the good chords.

I was wondering if the Fantom-0 series will make it into the Patch Script Builder any time soon. Being able to use a patch script for the Fantom-0 in my DAW would be quite handy. And helpful.

Hi Ed, thanks to you and Scott. I would love some more information on how to download the driver for Sonoma and the control surface plug-in for logic and what you do with the Zip file after downloading. Do you somehow add it to the application file? I’m kind of lost there, and the Rosetta complicates it more. Thanks Randy Schmuki

Hello thanks for the videos on the Fantom O. Is there a way to change and save program changes of the Fantom O using external gear or inside a DAW? I record projects with the MPC One. In order to save program settings with the instruments used from the Fantom O, I save the Track name and MIDI channel in the name for the song, for example, Track: 0189 Ac Pop Piano, MIDI: Ac Piano. Since I haven’t found a way to save my sessions in the MPC without losing all my progress with the Fantom this is how I go back and bounce my tracks at a later time. Thank you, James

Hello is there any PC software for the fantom 0x where i can easily edit scenes zones chains etc ? i have a very big list of scenes and i want to arrange them in a chain list but it is very tedious work adding them one by one to the list...

My perfectly working 2010 iMac still runs OS 10.13 (High Sierra). When I try to get the USB Audio going, I see that the oldest OS version for the driver is 10.14. I tried installing that driver but it refuses. Is there no workaround? I can't imagine OS X USB APIs to have been so awkwardly changed between 10.13 and 10.14 to make it impossible for Roland to also support 10.13. Any tips?

I have a Fantom 06 and the synt does not rename the USB when I formatted. So my synth wont recognise the USB when it is inserted. Lame

When I bought the keyboard, it already had an update. Shall I update it again, as I am unable to find the weblist given in the support document in my keyboard. So is it okay to update my synthesizer again?

I don't think so. Roland really need to step it up. I believe you have to download drivers and send the files to a flash drive and then plug the flash drive into the MEMORY port on the keyboard
