Excellent video and very nice work on the guitar. Turned out very nice. Well done! Thanx for taking the time to make the video and post it. Haven't seen much of these on YT.

I put one of these into my Les Paul- works great but I had to remove quite a bit of wood. I'm buying a Telecaster and am going to do the same thing- wondering how much if any wood I'll need to remove. Strats look easy in comparison.

@artgonewrong Graph Tech Ghost only has the benefits of being hidden. The GK-Kit is a superior pickup for using any of the Roland VG/GR products. Plus the Ghost is very pricey IMO. Bud light lime is actually a pretty good summer beer. If it was winter you'd probably see a Stella or Heini

I am thinking about installing this kit in my Strat. That is a pretty good price for the kit.. I see them for $339 which I think is too expensive. This is a very informative video. Thanks for the post.

Great video, thanks for doing this. How about a light over where the camera is so things don't go dark when you show them to the camera. Big Ron

@soundscape2k Nope...Stella and Heiniken are crappy beers. You might want to search for Hop Czar. I think both are pretty for as far as tracking is concerned. Have you seen the GR-55? I'm getting one next week!

@TVRobot1 Yes, that is still connected to your magnetic pick-ups. Unless you want it otherwise. I think I saw on the diagram that there is a stereo jack connector, probably to switch some circuit in the GK...

If you want you can continue to play the guitar without pin connector with a normal jack cable?

I would like to ask you, if the Roland GK3 tablet is used to enter notes in the Sibelius program or similar in real time.

A question I've not seen an answer for; can you still play it as a normal electric guitar (like through an amp) if you don't have your guitar processor with you?
