​@@JohnFekoloidwhat do you mean by "manual"? Do you mean a real grand piano? If so, a real grand piano has real strings and hammers, while the piano shown in the video is fully digital, meaning that there's a motherboard and other electronics on the inside

por el espacio en casa me compre el gp3 , estoy encantado , tuve que editar varias notas en el piano designer y ya esta maravilloso, realmente en los videos no se aprecia el verdadero sonido ya que aunque la gente diga que el mueble es solo decoracion estan muy equivocados , el mueble le da ese sonido a madera y grueso que en los videos no se escuchan ,realmente asi suena mas a piano , los teclados aunque hay buenos sonidos sales en por la salida de linea y no llegan a tener este sonido , esa es mi opinion ,aquel que lleve tiempo con sonido de piano en los teclados con samples lo notara tal vez diferente pero realmente es asi , tambien es mas para tocar clasico ,cada cosa vale para lo suyo , los pianos de los teclados es mas para pop y jazz cosas asi , pero para clasico le falta ese punto sonoro que le da un mueble . el gp3 lo mejor es que es muy transportable y no es un vertical que tiene que estar tocando mirando a la pared, esa es mi valoracion , toco normalmente piano de media cola en los hoteles como yamaha y kawai

Somehow Roland worked out I was looking for a new digital grand piano! It will be interesting to see whether this beats the new Yamaha Clavinova CLP-895 released next month :)

ayer probé el gp3 por espacio en casa , y tengo que decir que después de tratar el sonido en la app .es maravilloso , me sorprendió los armónicos y la resonancia parece que tiene mas cola , lo compre sin dudarlo , respecto a el tacto muy bueno y gran sonido .me sorprendió, todas las semanas toco 2 o 3 pianos de media cola diferente asi que se lo que hablo

Sin duda alguna . Yo estoy muy contento . Tendrás que tratar un poco las notas en el Roland piano .para mí gusto personalmente . Por lo menos lo tuve que hacer en el gp3 que es el que tengo yo También en verticales tienes buenos pianos . Kawai 901 Avantgrand N1. Este último lo probé muy bueno también . Pero los verticales lo inconveniente es tocar mirando a la pared .

nice video. I brought a roland GP-6 and i'm trying update the driver(1.02 version to 1.05), i followed all the steps on the site but didn't work. I downloaded the file, formatted the usb and copy the file to the root directory, connect the usb and press down the power button 3 times, i tried several times but nothing work. Do u know what i'm doing wrong?

I'm not sure if it's just me, but I perceive the piano to sound excellent when listening to this video through a speaker. However, when I use headphones, I detect some sounds that do not resemble an acoustic piano. This is likely due to the modeling of the piano sound.

The sound is artifical and thin, if you want a sampled grand piano, try VSL.

realmente amigo te digo que no , debes de escuchar esto en una tienda con el mueble , tengo muchos buenos samples de piano y definitivamente esto es otra cosa , de momento los samples dan sensacion de piano digital , en dinamica , sonido de los altavoces etc.... esto sale el sonido de altavoces pero el mueble tiene mucho que decir y la plusacion parece otra cosa en sensacion del mueble . esa es mi opinion despues de llevar años con samples , prueba algo de esto en una tienda y dale su tiempo a encontrar el mejor sonido que se adapte ati , estoy seguro que cambiaras de opinion

It’s not supposed to be. It’s digital, because that’s all that Roland does, and a fine job at that. They all have their place and many musicians will have appreciation for both a “real” one and something like this. This isn’t misleading at all. bueno nada se compara a uno de cola de 20.000 euros , tambien tengo que decir , que en you tube no se aprecia realmente el sonido real del piano , el mueble tiene mucho que decir y el sonido cambia por completo . yo tranajo con varios pianos de media cola y suenan si estan bien increible pero si estan bien y si vas a grabar el sonido pues de momento un dineral en micros buenos y demas . esto soluciona muchas cosas , afinacion ,grabacion ,espacio etc. y por favor prueben en una tienda , no valoren las cosas en you tube es engañosa , y valoren estos pianos
