Is it possible to trade in this bench and opt for an adjustable bench for a few additional bucks? By 'trade in' I mean to pay for the new adjustable bench at a price = [full price MINUS the fixed bench's retail value]?

What is the difference between Roland hp704 DR & hp704 CH?

They're the same pianos, just different colors. DR is dark rosewood and CH is charcoal black

That is correct. HP704DR (dark rosewood), HP704CH (charcoal black) and HP704WH (satin white) are all the same piano, just different finishes. HP704PE (polished ebony) is also the same piano, but the price is higher than the others due to the premium finish.

Can i use it without the stand,and if so,can i put it away vertically,basically to use it like a 90x or such?

I suppose you could, but this thing is heavy, heavy, heavy and the furthest thing from being portable. The finish is not designed for that sort of use…think of this as a piece of furniture as opposed to a gigging board.

one key is slowed, it doesn't come up quickly (normally I mean) like the other ones (I don't know exactly the reason). Wht would you suggest, is it possible to fix it or I have to call someone expert to have a look?
