IMHO, not on this album unfortunately, cuz it's wild and loud...Maybe check out Raoul and the kings of spain, extended songs and IMHO, it's SO MUCH better !!

Face those facts, you can't relax you gotta get that train back on its tracks till the morning comes the work is done find your place beneath the sun Rake those leaves as thick as thieves then go and put your heart back on its sleeve till September rain and all its pain dies in vain And I know what you're thinking the world is shrinking in your bones...

Can you believe it? This song heavily samples Outro by Dr. Bombay, of all things.

reminds me of Albarn endeavours on african rhythms...especially the melodica

Song Meaning: Because of the African beat and the tribal singers...I thought this song was a tribute to the peoples who suffered during European colonization of the African continent. When Roland sings, I though his words were: Mr. Scratch you can't relax you have to get this train back on it's tracks And I thought that meant a white foreman telling native people to get back to work on the railroad the Europeans were building And then "the September Rains and all that pain - dies in vain" September gave the workers a deadline and there were casualties along the way. Guess maybe I was wrong.

I like it so much! 😍 Tal vez no esté del todo bien traducida Enfrenta esos hechos, no puedes relajarte Face those facts, you can't relax tienes que volver a poner en marcha ese tren you gotta get that train back on its tracks hasta que llegue la mañana till the morning comes el trabajo está hecho the work is done encuentra tu lugar bajo el sol find your place beneath the sun Rastrilla esas hojas tan gruesas como ladrones Rake those leaves as thick as thieves luego ve y vuelve a poner tu corazón en su cubierta then go and put your heart back on its sleeve hasta la lluvia de septiembre till September rain y todo su dolor and all its pain muere en vano dies in vain Y se lo que estas pensando And I know what you're thinking el mundo se está encogiendo en tus huesos ... the world is shrinking in your bones...
