Roland RD-2000 - How to setup and control Boutique Synth thru MIDI

Ed I have been searching for months on how to use my RD-2000 to control my FA-08. Between facebook groups saying "figure it out for yourself" and other websites with no valuable information....I found this video. I have watched many videos by you for both my keyboards and they have been invaluable but this was a game changer for me. Once I was able to find the MSB/LSB for the FA-08 it took me a few minutes to assign the faders and reprogram my scenes. THANK YOU!! This just made everything in my bands life so much easier!!

Great video Ed, but why didn't Roland design these to work more seamless together by using USB for audio and MIDI? These two should work together with only one cable. This was a pretty big mistake in the design.

Perfect, i have a question, can you use jd xi to control for example 3 different boutiques applying each boutique to 1 of the 4 voices of the jd xi? thanks
