In one step recording you can alternate notes of lead and rhythm. This is done on other 303 type products as well.

I have td3 this reminded me why I never use it! lol, the machine is great at drums. Good job! This isn’t a negative comment, but if you have a pocket operator especially a sub, give that a try, I know a lot of people like that bass, and it’s like getting two machines in one. It just isn’t for me, hey I subscribed though! They are fun!
