You can replace the cleaning pouch the same way you change the inks. It is located on the right side.

@@maritzareinbold9554 thank you. I have another question one of my inks magenta keeps saying emtpy. I checked the back of the printer and opened it and seen the magenta line has an empty space in between the liquids, I did deep cleaning and flush and it still says no ink and sometimes i get an error message. Do i need to replace the tubing? It wont pull the ink out maybe it got dried. I forgot that i unplugged the machine when i went for a vacation for 3 weeks, =( I hope I can fix it myself then hire someone thats going to charge me an arm and a leg. Thank you.
