Thank you for this short rundown. It helped me to rule out the streaming mixer. It's just a shame they couldn't adda built-in usb stream output to the V-1HD+, as I do like everything else about it. Was it hardware limitation?

The VR1-HD has no multi-view preview out making it completely useless for me. How can you bring a source to air without seeing it in program first? Otherwise a great unit.

is the roland V-1HD+ as noisy as the V-1HD?

Just how noisy are the fans in the V1-HD and V1-HD+? I would use this at arms length while recording, but I use a shotgun mic (wall-mounted, on an arm) for audio. Should I rules these out due to the fan noise?

Actually I found the Plus to be really quiet I’m assuming the bigger form factor leads to different maybe non active heat dissipation but the smaller V1-HD you’ll hear that fan I feel
