Pony get some lemon juice organic honey and some Ginger Root for that cough!! In a small pan put a bottle of Alkaline Water 💧. Take a piece of Ginger Root 🫚 peel it rinse it off then dice it in small pieces. Place the ginger 🫚 root in the pan. Wash the lemon 🍋 cut it in small pieces then place it in the pan. Add organic honey to taste. Then bring the ingredients to a boil for 10 minutes. If you drink, you can add your favorite cognac or brandy to the boiling pot. Let it steep or sit with a top on the pot. Dress warm for bed because you will sweat. Make sure you place an extra cover on your bed. Keep covered up all night. You should feel better in the morning. Your tax system reminded me of an experience a friend and myself went on a coach trip to France, we were the only 2 black people on the coach, we were pulled aside and had our luggage's 'searched for excess cigarettes and alcohol. Unfortunately neither of us drink of smoke and all the white people sat there sweating as most of them had more than they should.

I agree with Michael. We need groups that are not politically motivated, but are mission driven to counteract these groups like Mom's of Liberty. We already have Urban Leagues and NAACP offices, which in my opinion, have been more focused on raising money and throwing galas and being very selective about their outrage. I also agree with Matt and his take on how this "conservative" groups select buzz words, completely redefine them and convince other like minded people, and before you know it, they have a slew of people who believe them and have created a whole movement. We keep trying to use our intellect to fight these uneducated groups of people thinking that their strategy won't work and no way will peopke believe them, but we are losing. What good does it do to flex our intelligence and higher learning degrees if we are failing on the flip side? It is so difficult just being a black person in America and we have to stay hyper-vigilant 24/7, which is tragic in and of itself and can be overwhelmingly exhausting. We finally have a few Democrats who are willing to get outcun frontcand openly push back on these wackjobs in Congress, but quite frankly, there are not enough of them. I will always love my "forever first lady," but I personally think when they go low, we should stomp a mud hole in their @$$es. We have to stop playing checkers in a chess match. I am of the mind that we have to use all of our skills and tools to win. We have to get clear about our objective as a collective and it should be to win. We have to have a strategy andxan instinct more like players on the reality show, "Survivor." The objective is to outplay (physical), outwit (mental) and outlast (social). We need more people going hard in the paint, strategizing and energizing our people for the win. We have to get those "Ws" and stop taking those "Ls" like a tap on the chin instead of upper cuts and body blows.

Not exactly. All subjects that are taught anywhere are taught with a notion of white supremacy. Grades are even distributed to the most part with the race of the recipient being considered. If you don't believe it, take courses in math and chemistry. Review the white students return papers and compare them with any black person's paper. You will notice whites can make severe errors and get no points subtracted or little subtracted from the grade. Blacks that make minor errors will have a lot subtracted from the test score. Personally, if you study black history you will get all you need to understand this racial system. However, in sports all the responses are out in the open. In the classroom and on the job, who does what work and how well can be influenced and hidden within that system. The brainwashed of the world believe that they can prove excellence no matter what the system. The average white person does not even believe that, they apparently believe the system is rigged, or can be rigged. Your welcome!!!

Jay, as a Jamaican living in this country since 1979. Please, .believe me. It's not because she is white. It would be the same if she was a black woman. People who come from Jamaica 🇯🇲 and have succeeded in this country, they have this saying that when Jamaicans came here the government give us lump sum of money to buy house, car and give us jobs. So, l came here finished school, went to college got two degrees l, buy my home without a man and refused to be a single mom because l saw too much and pretty much stayed in my lane. I retired from law enforcement job and went into nursing getting a BSN. Your mother in law, that God give you is Just showing you how dependent you would be if you did not generate a stream of income to help you. They are jealous and envious because you are living better than they are in their eyes, not knowing that you were also independent and had your business and generated your own income in Jamaica. Just because you come from a 3rd world country, they forget that we are not afraid to work for what we want. If your husband remained loving and respectful, and jointly help you raise your daughter then stick with him. However, he need to tell his mother to become more spiritually intuned with inner herself. At her age she should know better than sitting around gossiping and being an idle tongue.

A white person in a system of white supremacy should feel abused in my opinion. This is because all whites are expected to follow the white supremacy protocol. CRT obviates the need for any thought, word or act of racism as proof of their presumed verdict. All they need is their preferred race measuring less favorably than another. Regardless of the cause: they declare their favored race to be victims of the other. Then they would use real government enforced discrimination in response to their presumed discrimination; altering laws, policies and practices to favor their preferred race. All for the stated purpose of forcibly making the measurements between races identical. The operative question is whether you support using government force to implement racial discrimination. All the rest is academic. My answer is no.
