Hi, i recommend looking at our video on KZbin how to cut ROLdoûr to size video, this shows how to adjust the blocks in the track. I also recommend checking you have the track facing the correct way. Straight cut track to door stop side and the side with small 45 degree section missing faces the cartridge side, the string was specifically tensioned for this position.

Do you have any directions for adjusting the tension on the door? It is a little too tight and the magnet will come loose when the door is closed.
