@@shahvivek01 in today's time every company which listed with SEBI and companies act 2013 or having paid up share capital >10cr Mandatory to appoint cs So it's a good opportunity to be CS It's totally legal and theory portion, subject like tax FM and CMA are practical at executive level. There are two ways to enter in this course first on is entrance exam that is called CSEET(1000for registration with ICSI for cseet , executive after cseet fees 10100) And the other one is direct entry (registration fees 15100)after graduation Then you enter in executive level can be called as inter It has 2 module and if you register now you'll have to read new syllabus and having 7 subject before new syllabus old have 8 subject Actually they merged Then after clearing the executive both modules you have to appear for executive development program (EDP) training of 1 month Then professional level Having 9 subject don't know much abt it but 2 are open book and other are theory and drafting based . And the fees of coaching based on what you choose like if you go pune 50000 for both grp minimum For CSEET you don't need to pay it's free of cost provided on youtube I m studying from unique academy from commerce Not promoting but just a advice Though there are so many faculty on youtube who are provide all the contents of cseet in free of cost. After professional or with professional you have to work with company as trainee. After professional one can start a firm or can be associated with company full time employment . CS work is mainly to maintain statutory register interaction with all the authorities like SEBI ROC etc Also have to conduct meeting of board and shareholders Also have to prepare minutes of the meeting held and also can appear as legal representative in tribunal and many more .
