Wow. I must be very grateful then. I don't get cramps at all nor do I get over sensitive, eat junk food and get extra pimples. My day is just goes on like any other. Although my period is always 3-4 days longer than average.

But they might get emotional out of nowhere, or just get irritated easily and not know why, it might cause them to be more horny. Learn and observe yourself. Nice, funny video! I was laughing & smiling throughout this video. :-) More men need to watch this video. Some men don't truly know how it's like to go through heavy, energy zapping, draining, painful periods each month. And women still accomplish so many things while having the period. For some men, the only way they can truly know is by having the period themselves - but this video is a good demonstration though. And I do agree with some of the people posting on this page - that some men do act like they have the "man period" each month through their mood swings, quick temper, impatience, etc. So, some men do act like they are moody & hormonal - on the period - without the physical mess.

Heating pads help...and midol or pamperine (Medicine for all the PMS pains like cramps, bloating, upset stomach, back pain, sore boobs etc etc). If she doesn't have any medicine apply heat or take a hot bath. The warm water or heat stops your muscles from cramping so bad. Other than that u can't really do anything to make it go away lol..maybe she would eant chocolate lol idk everyone's different.

I was like that too...I used to laugh at my friends in high school and say they were exaggerating and it wasn't that bad. I never even had to take painkillers. Then second of year of college...it got REALLY REALLY bad. Like my usual 10 minute walk to get back to my apartment ended up taking 45 minutes cause I kept staggering around in pain. I ended up ordering painkillers on amazon with next day shipping cause I couldn't even walk to the store and get it and my roommates went home.

That is true.^ I know mine got so bad but I went to the doctor and I had a condition to where the lining would build up and would have to have surgery to remove it. I started taking birth control and it started regulating my periods and now its only lasts 3-4 days.

I think it's funny that it was on my 12th birthday and that was the summer when I spent the summer at my dad's place I was shocked.
