Rolf is a star ..... lived half of the year in Miami because of his carreer there, he half Dutch and half Dominican Republic. He has the greasiest smile in the Netherlands. LOL

March 8 i was at the supermarket here and suddenly when i came outside,Rolf was standing there! I spoke him, went on the picture. I have known his "soundman" because he was having dialyse at the same time my at that time girlfriend had. (She passed away few months later because of that kidneydisease). The parents from Rolf are living here this part. His mother made the picture

I didn't know about Rolf before I watched this show with others because of Floor. But I quickly started to love him, he seems like such a likable guy. Seeing his facial expressions every time Floor sang was one of my highlights and this performance was another one. Have to say that I even prefer it over the original.

In the Netherlands is a song from the Beste Zangers called 'Papa' (Daddy) famous and very popular. In the show does Freek and Suzanne (The duet) sing the song for the original sing and songwriter on the couch (Stef Bos). Maybe, you love the song and like to react to it. I love the song and it does me think about my own dad, he died 11 years ago, but the song does remember me to him.

As you said, mariachi. All I need is a tequilla lime and I am there. And by the way, the beste zangers band is fantastic (the Marcel Fisser Band). They can do about anything. They are very involved in making a lot of the arrangements. And they often function as band with famous Dutch artists in life concerts etc.

This has become my favorite version of the song (other than the original) because he adds so much joy and light to a song that is kinda dark and gloomy. Check out his Duet with Emma Heesters "Pa Olvidarte", you'll love it! (bilingual song) The guy is a joy to watch, has charisma in spades, handsome, a great smile but mostly.. he's just a really nice guy who loves being there with all these other singers, learning and listening to the music, he's like a kid in a candy store and he can sing and entertain alongside the best of them. The show gave him a big breakthrough in the Netherlands as well, scoring several hits already (multi lingual again), so he's getting that well earned fame and respect here too now. (He's already pretty big in parts of Latin America)

Rolf Sanchez is extremely talented. You should really listen to ‘De Speeltuin’ or ‘Nuestro Parque’. These are the same song, but one is in the original language and the other one is translated in Spanish. ‘Ik heb je lief’ is also really good!

Does Ralf just sayd he's from Ede?? No way . i whas born in Veenendaal and that's the city next to Ede but ede is in the provincie of Gelderland but Veenendaal is locatit in the provincie of Utrecht. The city's touch each other but the poeple of the 2 city's dont loves one another haha. Funny fact Marcel van Veenendaal is also from Ede and that even that his lastname tell us something else hahaa. Stef Bos on the other side is from my city Veenendaal. I lifed 100 feet from his parents and i met him a view times there. Nice guy and very friendly. Haha now you know.
