I've been using this on my kit since a few weeks to a month now and I can not start to describe how awesome this product is. It is so easy to pull it out of the sleeve and get clear access to your IFAK. And even when you have to put it back in it's not even that big of a deal. Truly an awesome product!!!

Have you considered a patch for hook/loop med patches? Not sure everybody will be able to recognize the Roll 1 as an IFAK. Or is running your IFAK in the small of the back so much of an SOP nowadays that people who know how to use the equipment will naturally look there first? Anyhow, looks like a good idea --always trying to get that IFAK profile a bit lower and flatter.

I feel like I’m mounting mine improperly somehow. It never a looks as tucked up and secure as these videos. I absolutely love the product though. The belt mounted ones like LTR or PIMP put to much pressure on my low back while in vehicles.

Mine came into today. The slickness of it is great to use from my previous ifak on my plate carrier; however I do tend to keep the ifak on my battle belt. Having two would be ideal if anyone is interested.

I really wish the insert had like a stiffened dot matrix so I can could run bungees and strap stuff down wherever I want. The current elastic layout is ok but hardly ideal.

what’s the difference between that belt and the one gbrs is making?

Very similar, but a few distinctions - GBRS belt has the fabric material covering the edges (bottom/top) of the tegris (rigid gray material) to keep it from chafing the user. Hook & loop are also on opposite re inner belt, outer belt, again to cut down on abrasion when wearing it for extended time. GBRS belt is cut for pals/molle vs the circular cuts on bison, which also will work, but not cut the same.
