Apka strike price 180 aur 1.3 premium apne ko mila hai agar aap expiry se pahle exit karenge us time jitna premium hoga us rate me buy karna hoga. Agar price 175 pe aa jaye to expiry wale din 6 se 7 ke bich premium hoga etna apko loss hoga.

Proceeds of pledging blue chip stocks- not considered as cash equivalent. Also if I am correct, Liquid Bees and likes attract lowest hair cut while pledging.

It's wrong bro!!! rolldown strategy is to close the current position and simultaneously opening a position for same stock at the lower strike price. So, in the full video, you were talking about Rollup or rollover where closing the current position and simultaneously opening a position at higher strike price. same follows for future, we often do rollover to next month to optimize our profit or minimizing losses when we are pretty sure about the movement particularly result time, news atc.

Option market me kitana risk hai.मान लिजिए एक्सपायरी से 15 दिन पहले किसी ने ITC का कॉल ऑप्शन 340 पर लिया जबकि स्पॉट बाज़ार में ITC 330 पर था। अब अगर ITC की कीमत अगले दिन 360 रुपये पर पहुँच जाती है, तो ऑप्शन का खरीदार सेटलमेंट यानी अपने कॉल ऑप्शन को एक्सरसाइज नहीं कर सकता??। सेटलमेंट सिर्फ एक्सापयरी के दिन ही होगा ?? और वो भी उस कीमत पर जिस पर वो एसेट एक्सपायरी के दिन स्पॉट बाज़ार में बिक रहा है।

Bro, Both Roll over or Roll Down are similar terms,regarding your other query both are separate options and have to be dealt separately, loss will have to be booked in the earlier option Infact if we book at 200% den it will be no profit/loss and only brokerage will be lost since we already got the same premium while selling the call, now since we are still positive that the earlier sell call was correct and that the market has gone opposite but only for a certain period, we should go ahead and sell another OTM option expecting a profit this time but remember it's a probability and maybe market again goes against us, my suggestion to amateurs will be not to roll over and instead go for some other scrip and trade. Hope I was able to solve your queries, if not, you are welcome to ask.
