Roll to Sheet CCD Vision Full Cut Hydraulic Press for FPC

This production line has finished setting up and training in customer's workshop, it is composed of correction unwinder, 60T hydraulic press and stacker.
The workable maximum punching size is L1200mm x W300mm, min punching size is L600mm x W120mm. The maximum speed is about 400P/H, punching precision is +/-0.07mm.
The process is: Unwinding -- pulling by servo driven--CCD register--automatic punching--waste rewinding--stack unloading
