The chafing dish rolltop RCCD-RT9L by Royal Catering is an absolute must for any exclusive buffet or catering event.
Whether at a hotel, a restaurant, a snack bar, a food stall, at a banquet or a private event, this stainless steel heat container is simply indispensable if you want to present your food in a tasteful way while keeping it warm or hot.
The special feature of the chafing dish rolltop is already in the name: the "rolltop lid" has been firmly connected to the device and can be tilted backwards (to open) or forward (to close) in one single step. While other models have a separate lid, which you either have to hold in your hand or put aside for lack of space on the buffet, the handling of this Royal Catering warming box is very convenient and comfortable. The lid is also equipped with a heat-insulating handle and does not get hot. Another advantage: Since the lid can be tilted all the way back, the chafing dish rolltop is easily accessible not only from the front, but also from the sides.
Two burners, which are filled with fuel paste, ensure that the food is always kept at the perfect temperature. The burners have been designed so that user-safety is always guaranteed. The lids of the burners can be easily opened and closed with the handles. The flame of the burners can be safely and directly extinguished.
This device is the best investment to keep food warm on the buffet for a long time: it is effective and inexpensive, as it uses no electricity. You only need to pour the paste into the two fuel tanks, light it and you're done. They are easily accessible in a special bracket mounted underneath the water tank. The inserts for the chafing dish are individually removable. This makes it easier to fill the troughs. The tubs are also very easy to clean and maintain and are dishwasher-safe. The food container has a capacity of 7.5 litres. It can be used in canteens or at larger events. The second container is meant to be used for the water bath.
The lower container gets filled with water. Once it is warm, it heats the Gastronorm (GN) 1/1 food container perfectly and without becoming too hot. The water bath acts as a kind of barrier to the heat source and allows a gentle warming, which prevents any burning of the food. Even when the flames have gone out, the water, and thereby the food, stays warm for a while. You can also use GN 1/2 or 1/3 sized containers - but they are not included with this product.
This chafing dish rolltop is conveniently lightweight - which makes for an easy transportation. The use of high quality stainless steel distinguishes this product: It does not discolour, and is very robust, resistant and durable. Above all, it is ideally suited to come into contact with food. The surrounding rubber rim provides additional protection against wear, not unlike a bumper. The round feet ensure a sturdy footing.
