In a heartfelt new episode of Rainbow Woman, Geri Horner (Halliwell) reveals how motherhood helped heal her difficult relationship with food.
This week’s episode takes place closer to home. We join Geri in her kitchen, teaming up with her 14-year old daughter Bluebell to bake a Swiss Roll. She opens up about how participating in Sport Relief Great British Bake Off in 2016 helped her discover the joy of baking after years of battling with eating disorders in her youth.
To accompany Episode 5, Geri will also upload the lyric video featuring her song 'Hallelujah'.

I hope she knows how loved she is by her fans. I know she and the other Spice Girls don't have the solo success they once enjoyed,, but the fans that are there REALLY seem to love her. Love these videos, I like that they are short actually as remember their message better and less is more as they say. I read a strange review in Independent that made out Geri has less confidence in last good few years , to me it is obvious the total opposite is true. It has been a joy over that last 22 years to watch this wonderful transformation of the girl who took time out of Spice World to really find herself I guess. Geri Halliwell remains the only popstar I connect with and feel part of the bumpy but wonderful journey. Her recovery from bulimia has helped so many and her embracing life in her own spiritual and quirky way is her greatest gift in my view. I loved the music too but am happier to see a person so at peace in themselves that number ones and worldly success are no longer the goal. But i still want more solo albums!!!!Ha Looking forward to the latest video today. xxx

It's so hard to grow a healthy relationship with food, I'm almost 40 and I still struggle with that, worrying about eating too much or too little... Some days I just try to let go of that inner voice that goes "you shouldn't eat that much, you'll get fat" or "eat it, who cares, life's too short" ... I try to get to a place where I can mix health and pleasure... but it's so hard!! ... I'm glad you're trying to pass healthy food habits to your children, it's hard for women and men nowadays with social media throwing pictures of perfect bodies at your face every 5 seconds!!
