can we take it theta angle as 60 degree from horizontal axis in first drwg?

13:47 it was wrongly mentioned the angle as 30 instead of 60 (i think it should be mentioned Rc cos 60 and Rc sin 60) , but corrected at equation. kindly clarify that.
