I love a rollerset, and the more you do it the better it gets. Sometimes i use a light heat protectant spray, someone’s just water…flat iron my roots at the end…bomb results. Same rollers!

I think you should wrap it tight with a scarf overnight to give you the straight look. Maybe next time you could use the smaller yellow rollers. . I use a light leave in conditioner spray and water the set the roller. And it comes out fluffy and soft. Will definitely have to try that foam though. Overall it came out cute

If you would like a smoother look, skip the rollers. Mousse it down, then tie all your hair down with those paper strips. Sit under the dryer and see if that gives you smoother results. 🤞🏼 You are beautiful so it looks good any which way you wear it!

@friedchicken892 Give it a try. 😁 Products and techniques will matter - so if at first you don't succeed, try, try again. It may not be bone strait. However, it will take much less direct heat from a blow dryer or flat iron to get it smoother. The potential downside is thick hair will take longer to dry under a dryer, especially since all the hair is flat when drying. You can also try using large rollers, and when dry, wrap it secure with saran wrap and get under dryer 10 min or so and see what happens. Good luck!! Hope it works for you!! 🤞🏼
