I recently started as a new experience after 30.. Every year I do something new. And to be honest I find it a heck os a work out... 😂 Still learning so any advice on how to stay off my a** would be appreciated.. I

It really is such a workout! I'm definitely working on some tutorial videos, so stick around for more in depth explanations! But what I can tell you now is to definitely look into proper squat form (Butt out, heels firmly planted, spine straight)! You want to keep that center of gravity. Also, scissor your feet (Put one foot about half a foot's length in front of the other). This creates a much more stable stance. I would highly recommend looking into Flow Skate/Shaun Unwin and what he calls, "predator position"
