Rolling a Dagger Stratos in Surf (most of the time)

Hello I'm not used to comments on my nerdy channel I like The Stratos it cruises easily at over 3knots and keeps up with the group. A day hatch would be nice. Its great in rough water and will surf but like all sea kayaks it ends up sideways most of the time. I always use a Greenland paddle they work brilliantly in the sea (my other boat is skin on frame}

I think the design is close to the Delphin. I have a Delphin and love surfing with (check my videos) it and its pretty stable in rough seas.

How is the stratos to paddle when your not surfing with it?

Its a stable boat and great in bad conditions. With the skeg down it tracks remarkably well and easily cruises at 3 to 4 knots. No day hatch is the main downside and definitely not a multi day tourer, but how often do we actually get to do the long trips?

So its hard work for a long adventure ( not a multi day tourer )
