Good job 2 years ago I built a file very similar to yours. Mine is to control promotional campaigns, when they start and end, control the result, who is responsible for each campaign, etc.

This is great! Do you have a tutorial where you explain how to code in Apps Script?
@sheetsbyolan9 сағат бұрын
I don't since I'm still learning myself. I usually as AI for the code then I know enough to adjust it to match my spreadsheet if needed. Once I master it I'll make a video though!

Whenever i move something to "Ready" it vanishes in the to abyss and i cannot find them.

It goes to the next empty row in your task list so if there’s a formula or a rogue text somewhere in your task list it may skip to a random row. If that doesn’t work, email me. Sheetsbyolan@gmail.com

AMAZING! Can you share with me the app script for "quarterly" tasks?
@sheetsbyolanАй бұрын
@@KelliPowers-u4r there are no trigger options for quarterly unfortunately. I recommend setting it up with the monthly trigger and if you don’t need them this month you can just delete them from your list

This is beyond! The continuous workflow helped me stay focused and this just really levels it up! Just wanted to ask, do you happen to know why timestamps are not appearing once I change tasks to Pending it also does not transfer to the Done tab. Thanks, Olan!

@@RicCharlesJordan sounds like you need to reauthorize the apps script to run with the new file. Check out my recurring trigger video. You’ll need to set that up anyways and it’ll walk you through authorizing the script
