That Large loader would have made short work of transporting the dirt to the back....lol...All Good....It all disappeared in the end. This work makes a retired ole man want to play in the dirt...Great job Chris.

New subscriber here and I've really been enjoying your videos. I'm retired after thirty years in construction in Southern California. I didn't have a lot of chances to operate equipment but I liked the few times that I did. You make it look easy but I know it's not. Carry on and stay safe.

Hi . Just a Great big thank you , I enjoy all of your videos of course . But a Bigger thank you for aiding with my sleep . When I can't sleep I put on one of your videos , when you are using your dozer. Yes it's true. The sound of makes.is so restful , that it helps me to drift off. Well you do work in a lot of sand!. When I was a contractor I always said takes 2,000 worth of tools to do a 500 job. In your case I assume that’s proportionaly true also!

@@mikelang4191 Back in the Day I ran Case 580K backhoes. I never got to run Deere or CAT equipment. The 310 seemed to struggle loading, probably wrong gear range. Should be able to pickup that stuff pretty easy.

Could watch more of these sort jobs easily for another 30 min, liked it when you had 40-50min videos. Surprised they didn't move things for you to do a cleaner job, around the poles, the trailers and the trusses.

i was looking at the same dozer at my kubota and Caseih dealer but a case and couldnt belive he sells them for $69,000 to $90,000 and cats here are $290,000 to $300,000

@@williambryant5946 i know theres case ih,case construction factory wich my kubota dealer sells both case ih and case construction at the same dealer with kubota wich deere dealers here doesnt wich never make seince wich deere dealers here makes it difficulty for customers and have to leave province to get the deere construction wich im glad my kubota dealer makes it so much easyer and makes customers life easyer wich is nice everything all in 1 stop shop

I _HOPE_ the property owner has a plan for drainage. It looks like there isn't much of a ditch to prevent runoff from the road coming through the fence line into the new parking/staging area even with a foot or so of stone to build that area up.

Seems like there actually was a bit of gravel under that grass. You can clearly seen it rolling off the dozer blade around 9:00. I'm guessing that's just gravel that got thrown in the grass, or was there gravel at some point in that area?

The backhoe has a tiny bucket, and who ever is driving it doesn't seem to know know how to get a good full bucket unless the dozer forces it into the bucket
