no cause rolling quartz is one of the most tallented groups I know Jayoung's vocals are so heavenly and her vocal range is insane she can literally sing every genre and surprises with every new song Arem looks absolutely stunning in whatever she wears. Her vibe is almos unmatchable and the way she looks so good when playing bass (I'm so gay for her lmao) Hyunjung playing the guitar makes me so happy, she always looks so fine while doing so and also is so talented in everything she tries :,)

For new Diadem: Jayoung - main vocalist Arem - bassist Iree - lead guitarist (red hair) Yeongeun - drummer Hyunjung - rhythm guitarist & maknae (blonde-blue/green hair) Rolling Quartz debuted on December 30, 2020 with the song ’Blaze’ under Rolling Star Entertainment. In the beginning of 2022 they released their first mini album named ’Fighting’ consisting of 6 tracks. You will not regret checking them out, they are all so talented and have a great discography

Hmmm, very bright & cheery, a lot less heavy compared to their other songs. I reckon it will be more appealing to the K-Pop stans section of their fans rather than the metalheads. But the underlying instrument and vocal work is well done & substantial, and it still falls within the upbeat & energetic parameter of the music they say they want to produce. It will be a good song to interact & be playful with the crowd when they perform it at (offline) events, festivals & concerts.

Rock music has never really been mainstream ever in South Korea. That means that the harder the Rock, the less popular it will be. Korean Rock bands have had to make softer sounding Rock songs in order to gain success in South Korea. This is something that has frustrated many South Korean Rock bands, most famously FTIsland, who in their heart is a Hard Rock/Punk/Metal band but have been forced to make vanilla poppy Pop Rock and stale ballads in order to get songs actually charting high in South Korea. That's why some Korean bands go to Japan where they will have full freedom since Rock is still popular there with the mainstream as it ever was. Or, in the case of bands like Rolling Quartz they start to promote to the West and not just South Korea because they know that the songs they actually want to make will not gain much traction at home. This song though, NAZABABARA, is without a doubt a song made for the South Korean mainstream market.

@@NomadFlow iirc RQ has a Japan tour planned for later this year! But yes, this song does seem like a good way to drum up support in SK while also showing off the diverse range of music they can make

Honestly this caught me completely offguard, so it was a bit of a shock almost... looks like Dreamcatcher is about to do the same... The more I listen to it though...its growing on me... Really I would expect a release like this at the beginning of the summer, but then every Kpop group is releasing their "summer bop" then and the field is crowded...maybe a bit of a rocky start but I think it will be a success in the end, especially diring live performances as you noted...this could be alot of fun, lol...
