Here’s what i think this level means. 0:18 on the outside, cities may appear dull and lifeless. 0:26 but actually, cities are hubs of culture 1:45 and technology. 2:00 after learning this, cities won’t seem so boring anymore.

Good guess, mabye it's true tho🤔 Anyways this is my lore: It begins to be very boring, so the ball started exploring the city. After he explored for a little bit, it seems to be actually very fun! Huge building, shops, fun things to watch, even souvenirs are there! Later when he goes home, hops on the sofa and watch the history of the city. He found it interresting how the world looked back in time, all broken, no electronics, not much fun activities. After he was done, his next step was: The future/now! So as you see, it has much more color now, it goes easier then before: Phone's, computers, electric bycicles. The ball finaly sees how fun the city actually is, he was there for hours🙂 END LORE🤑
