A friend of mine who drove a taxi saw a guy flag him down in front of a really ritzy hotel. It turned out to be Keith Richards. Richards told my friend he has to get to the Stone's rock concert because the the limo that was supposed to drive him never showed up. He saw that my friend recognized him and he sat in the passenget seat in the front next to him. Press Read more. Richards conversed with him and answered all his questions. Upon coming to the where the Rock Concert was, Richards paid him the fair with a 50$ tip. Richards realized he might be be afraid to ask so Richards asked him if he wanted his autograph of which my friend readily agreed. He signed his name real neatly for him.

Absolute bullshit. Stones tour manager would have been fired for such a dereliction. When you have thousands of paying customers awaiting for your performance, you make damn sure that back-ups are in place. Extra point to prove your BS, Keith most likely has no idea how to get into loading/rehearsal/ staging areas of venues, as the man doesn't drive when on tour. Everything, and I mean everything, is handled and managed by the tour manager.
