Hey Polecat, Those sort of chaotic scenes involving multiple parties can be extremely tough to detain & calm down the involved parties. I think y'all should have detained all of those subjects, put them in separate cruisers & then speak to each one of them to get their side of the story in regards to what exactly happened. The 1 supposed Gang Member said 1 of those guys got into his face & spit on him. Y'all could have verified that via his gang member friends, then figured out whether or not he/them would have liked to press charges against the subject. I think RTO Radio Traffic could have been better throughout each of those pursuits especially your pursuit. There was radio traffic that was not related to either of those pursuits which shouldn't happen when the radio channel is under 10-33 (Hold). Loved the Video/Episode as always, keep up the amazing amazing content!!

Well he can't really do anything If he didn't see it himself.. it's his discretion if he hears it from another cop if he wants to add that charge but usually a cop has to see it himself in order to charge the person.. when the cop told him he was going fast it could of been hours before he was even on or the other day and etc that's why he didn't write him up or lock him up for it
