I'm a huge fan of this game & have introduced it to my family & it has proved to be a big hit. I recently received the expansion 'Medals' as a birthday gift and looking forward to adding in the 'Medals' & also playing the 2 new Wonders. Yes, the price point is an issue, but I think it's a game that will be played many times and over time will justify the cost. Similar to another great filler game loved by the family - Trekking Through History, I feel it could be one of my games that gets to the table time & time again.

Agree with you on the MSRP on this one. Fun game, just overpriced for me - CB

Picked this one up in trade, I’d heard it was easier for younger players to pick up and play it. So I’m thinking the girls may like it

It's definitely easier to play. We've tried the original 7 Wonders and 7 Wonders Duel, and finally this one. This is by far the most accessible. I love the fact it doesn't hurt my head trying to just remember how to play. Your girls should be all good with this one!

I’m stunned by how much filler games are going for these days *cough* river valley glassworks *cough*

At least this one has a lot of trays. But yeah, fillers shouldn't be trying to fill out a box to justify a big price.
