The best places are free. I drove around eastern Florida and stopped at state parks asking to use their restroom. They all wanted me to pay to come in...until I found one lady at a quiet state park along tue coast who told me to come on in, and to enjoy the day for free. I was visiting and just driving around. And that was the best park I stopped at. It had the best vibe, was the cleanest and had the fewest people. Those places are getting to harder to find, but they still exist.

I left NJ 20 years ago. Just got tired of the relentless taxes and fees. Like I had told you before, they treat RV'ers like crap! I had both, an RV and a tractor trailer. They outlawed 102 inch wide trailers. Enough was enough. Plus, paying $10 a day to go on the beach and $30 to park your car! The best thing about NJ is when you leave. Be safe and God Bless!

Goats and chickens are good neighbors - I grew up in the country - we had blackberry, elderberry, choke cherry, and raspberry bushes - along with plum and apple trees - there is nothing better than plum, blackberry jelly and blackberry pie - the secret to eating raspberries is to suck on them - if you bite into them the seeds get stuck in your teeth - so next time you pop a handful in your mouth do it the right way - I bet that country air feels good - Enjoy - say hi to sweet Lisa - I have been watching the Olympics - and while I admire their talent - i foresee many will have bone pain and other problems as they age out - I am not sure the human body is meant to be treated like a machine - and that goes for a lot of sports. I'm glad I live in the country. Closeness neighbors are 1/2 mile away. Lived here 51 years in this location. And only 3/4 mile from where I grew up for total of 75 years. We all mine our own business and get along well. You would think the nosey neighbor with your mowing lawn would of made him happy. With the lawn making the property looking so much better. That property didn't exactly look like it was in some upscale , million dollar neighborhood. They most likely preferred that house to be unoccupied. It would have been a nightmare to stay there, and the more rural place you ended up in seems better. If you were closer to where i am i certainly would have welcomed you both. Have nice neighbors, a big driveway and plenty of space. That bakery looked out of this world. Happy you have found a great partner in Lisa. Ever think of doing the beet harvest or the salmon fishing in Alaska? I think your talent with all that heavy duty equipment would be welcome . Just a thought. 😊

Hello Luis, well it’s not always berry and roses. Someone has to be noisy in every town, but finding this space good be for the better! Greetings Louis, Lisa and Marina. At beginning I saw a sign that said Jersey City as you were exiting. My late husband was born there and I in Plainfield. In a previous comment I told you we met later in life in our 60s.. We then both lived in S California. Then moved up here in the forest of Oregon before he passed. That Bakery looked incredible! So sorry about that neighbor, this is why I prefer Gods Creatures and very few humans outside of my family. That neighbor actually did you a favor, what a beautiful place for you two to be able to stay. Praying this will continue to work out for you. Time passes quickly you will be back here in the west before you know it. By the way you always have a great attitude and make all who watch laugh. One of the reasons I enjoy your channel. When my kids were growing up we had a small ranch horses, chickens, of course our dogs and cats and our goat,Willie. Loved the look in marinas eyes watching the chickens 😃. Hey, I grew up in Jersey. I just don’t talk about one state, but all eastern states. Too many people, no public lands to speak of. I guess in a way I’ve been spoiled ever since I started going to Ana Maria Island, which is right next to Bradenton, Florida. Clean cool sand, warm turquoise waters, and not so many people. Above all, no paying for parking nor the beach. So yeah, NJ sucks.
