I submitted the financial aid application, but it tells me I am ineligible because "PARENT / SPOUSE NOT A VETERAN, APPLICANT IS NOT A FARMWORKER OR DEPENDENT OF A FARMWORKER, APPLICANT/PARENT COUNTRY OF ORIGIN NOT ELIGIBLE FOR PROGRAM, APPLICANT NOT A DESCENDANT OF OCOEE INCIDENT, APPLICANT NOT A DESCENDANT OF ROSEWOOD INCIDENT"
