Hey, I worry about you having all of your expensive equipment set up in your garage for video editing and home theater. If you open your garage someone may see what you have and may looking to steal or make money on your property. Be careful! Have a way of securing your garage door or a good security system.

I know Cole is nervous about he’s ability as a father (he will be great) of course when this rona is all over y’all should try sitting for friends and family who have babies that way you get your minds thinking early about adaptive equipment that can help Cole be more involved in the baby care. Like special shaped bottles so Cole can bond with baby at feeding time.

there's this hack. Businesses tend to charge more if they know something is for a wedding. What you can do is instead of saying I'm here for a "wedding cake, wedding decorations", just say I'm here for a cake or decorations in general.

I can relate to wanting your own space. In 2 weeks after living at home with my mom for a year I'm moving back out (for the 3rd time 🤦🏾‍♀️) and even though it's to an apartment I can't wait to have my own kitchen again. Something freeing about being independent like that even through tough times. Even though I'm 32 I'm nowhere near close to being financially ready for a house but ya'll have got me interested in wanting to do some renovations when I do get there. Cole you wondered about becoming a dad and 3 people immediatley come 2 mind. Eve Rimmer, a New Zealand Paraplegic athelete, who was paralysed aged 15 from a car accident, she married and had 2 children, her husband contracted polio, in her book "No grass between my toes" she describes, how as her husband had no strength in his arms, she would do all the lifting and he would do all the work, that required the use of legs. Then, there is Tom Sullivan who is blind and wrote the book" if you could see what i can hear", he also married and had children. You and Charisma will be wonderful parents, never doubt that.

I love this. I’m a new homeowner single parent I got on my own and disabled I love it. It’s so liberating to have your own space and building equity. I recommend please get a home warranty. My central air didn’t get tested during my inspection because of it being below 30 and November in Ohio. So by summer. It was not working. The warranty saved my butt with $200 deductible and paid for the parts and contractor. Get a good alarm system with door and window sensors and lots of carbon monoxide detectors and smoke detectors. My package came with all that. Got a doorbell camera. I’m so happy for you guys. Taxes suck. And insurance for health and your house. So expensive. I didn’t think utilities wouldn’t be that expensive. I learned that fast. I have a lawn guy this is probably too late to mention but thought I’d leave something anyway lol. . Keep being beautiful 💜

Hey guys! I just discovered your guys channel today and it makes me so happy to see you guys so happy together. My mom has been in a wheelchair since 2007 from a dirt bike accident and is a paraplegic. She got stem cells a while ago but they unfortunately didn't help her out because her spinal cord was completely severed. I really hope that the stem cells work out for you and help you out!
