@nafeesaebrahim1936 At least we all know we'll be here, eventually....I was outside all day today after my eye appointment and didn't get inside until 5 pm. I really wanted to go to the craftroom and start creating but life got in the way and now it's 10:53 pm and look at me ....... replying and getting ready to read a bit. Yes life.......I've been outside too, washing deck, planting flowers in the pots and some tomatoes and peppers, picking weeds😁 Hope your eye appointment went well.......I haven't worked on my bird collage yet either......I got a request from my sister-in-law to decorate a baby boy album cover, that's what I'm working on😊 Have a wonderful Memorial weekend 😊

@nafeesaebrahim1936 I think we all need a break from crafting, every now and then. Family first, for sure. Enjoy your time outside. So far the weekend has been marvelous. I went down a big rabbit hole yesterday when I started cleaning our our area under a pergola where we sit and also have dinner under. Connected to that is a cabana with more seating, which needed to be cleaned and have pool cushions taken out, etc. It was so windy here the pool was a mess, so hubby and I were constantly skimming the top ...... at 5 pm I was exhausted and plooped for the night. It's another beautiful day and I'm torn ........ do I go purchase flowers, start my bird collage, blow debre from around the pool, etc. 🤣🤣🤣 I guess we call that, time management, gf 🤗 have a fabulous day whatever you choose to do. 🩷💛🧡

Today I choose JOY. It's all about your attitude. There is always something to be grateful for. For instance, as you were talking about tornadoes today, well we had sirens going off three times today. It scared my poor kittens. We went into the safest room with my laptop and cell phone and watched the weather warnings. There were tornadoes popping up all across Iowa. A friend of ours watched a tornado going by, just on the southeast side of our town!! He said it was pretty big. Some towns weren't so lucky, and had many homes destroyed. People in Iowa help their neighbors and will pitch in. So anyway, the tornado by us went through the fields and no one was hurt. Thank you Holy Father in Heaven. So Yes. I am GRATEFUL! See you later. God is willing. 🙏

Julia, I am so sorry to hear this (I thought I replied to you yesterday but oopsie .... ) and I am so sorry for all you are going through, along with everyone else. My heart goes out to everyone who has been devastated and totally scared, displaced and traumatized by these awful storms. Hang in there girl and stay safe ..... Nice little cards Barbie. I was a little suspect of the true collage card but it turned out cute too. I was thinking a little butterfly in that upper left corner, like where the label and circle meet. Totally not necessary as it looks great as is. Dana Perino is a positive person. I will have to check out her pod cast. We have to choose happy! Have a happy day even among the storms. TFSGF

Something was definitely afoot with that second collage card... right? Hey Barbie, a good Dr is hard to find your very lucky. Liked to see you had no plan to start with on the cards and still made it work. Glad tests so far are good. Waiting is so hard. It's in the 90s here and humid. Cannot do all I use to especially in the heat.

Shay, yes, I am very lucky. Gave new blood yesterday (fasting this time) so I'll see what the new tests say. TFW and as you know, I always love our chats. 🥰 We are in the high 80's with tons of humidity ........ I'm inside. Another appt today and then again tomorrow so I'm really behind on my video's but that's okay. It gives me something to look forward too. Beside, being Memorial Day weekend ...... so many people are out and about, busy with family so I'm safe. 🥰 Have a wonderful weekend. xoxoxo
