I think, this is the by far best sounding 5F1, I ever have heard. Not a single newly built one clone, even with exact schematic, which I know, offered such sweet, beautiful tones ever! A real gem! Woody, bluesy, muscial, sweet and singing, what more can you expect? Thank you for sharing! As it still sounds so great, as it is, I also would not change anything.

@@HEZ63 Thank you so much! I really love these old Fender amplifiers. There’s just nothing like them and they are such a big part of music history. I’m so happy you liked this amp.

@@rolyart3 I usually am a Marshall guy, but this tone is awesome! The only one with this sweetness, but differently voiced, it the one of Rory Gallaghers AC-30. Even had a 5C1 clone, and a 5E1 and 5F2, but they all never came close the these tones. Simply wonderful, if you like great tube amp tones. The onyl thing, we most probably never will know, is, how did this amp sound brand new. For the price anyway a bargain. So you are a lucky guy!

The only amp I really love and you really do it justice with your playing. It couldn't sound more honest.

Wild. That's the second amp that I've seen this week on YT with the builder's name, "Lilly", inside. I wonder how many amps she built. Nice playing.

Right, that would be one of the first things disconnected if I renovated this amp. That and the addition of a grounded power cord!
