At first I was confused about what he was saying but as he explained while demonstrating understood what he was saying. He's teaching the players the technical abilities to quickly move the ball with short passes and quickly turn defence into attack. I can see he also idolizes Pep Guardiola because that's how Pep trains his players.

He doesn’t want the ball to stop moving, no ball loss, and no room for mistakes… Gentlemen, Coach Fohlz is bringing mothing but ruthless aggression to Sundowns. Expect an exciting football with goals. He just worked with the legendary Arsene Wenger in FIFA offices as a performance manager. Very huge for a 34 year old. A perfect replacement for coach Rhulani if you ask me.

The guy is there to up the spirit of the guys and add ruthless aggression in their performances.
