Good job. A couple of suggestions: -The setting could have been a little more casual. Like a round table with UnAcademy coffee mugs, etc. That would have brought more "conversational" feel to the "interview". -Questions should be different for each person in the Rapid Fire round for obvious reasons. -There could have been a "Readers Questions" round where you crowd-sourced specific/generic questions relating to preparation or even the interviewee's personal life - something like "When do you plan to marry or if you are currently single?" - just to add a some light hearted humour to the coversation. (Ofcouse, the answers to personal questions could be answered in sarcasm, ideally.) -As a host/interview, you did steer the conversation well enough to serve the purpose of making such videos - but as a skill, I feel there is still a lot of scope for improvement. Louder and clearer voice is a good place to start that journey. Hand movements to accentuate your words and some impromptu tongue-in-cheek comments to keep the viewer interested. -If all the variables (resources, time, luck, intelligence, etc) are fixed for 2 people - they would still perform differently because everyone learns differently. Interviews like these are great opportunity to get inside the toppers head and understand how they consumed, processed and retained knowledge - there exists an entire field of educational psychology and instruction design that deal with this. And this gies beyond the regular "what books you referred, what strategy you used" type of questions. It's a peek into their tiny habits and processes repeated and finetuned over thousands of hours of perseverance that actually formed the core of their prep. You should include questions that give us insights into these things. Cheerio.

Faizan Ahmed lol..all the deans, medical superintendents and some other authoritative positions require mbbs and md graduates to run the office. those people never practice medicine aftr taking up their administration roles. so, what do u gonna say to that? but on the other hand if u think of it in this way tht a doctor has more understanding about medical needs of the society and thus can make medical policies accordingly. So, an mbbs ias is also an intrgral part of the society.
