I had lasik almost 5 years ago, I was able see 20/15 after the surgery for about 6 months. After 6 months my vision settled at 20/20 and has been there ever since. Lasik was one of the best decisions I have ever made and the best thing I have every spent money on.

yeah I got it done in August. I only had trouble the day of surgery,but the next day I was all good and I was even allowed to drive. but had to keep sunglasses in daylight for a week or so.

I love it when Brit vlogs it’s a bit of a different prospective and I enjoy when she talks to us and is more involved in the vlog.

I said it in a previous vlog comment section but I will continue saying it until something happens. Brit sits way too close to the steering wheel when she drives.. If the airbag goes off for whatever reason, whether it’s a fender bender or a more serious accident, she is going to be very seriously injured, or possibly killed. People are killed by airbags so often because of how powerful they are and how close they’re sitting. If she is sitting that close when it goes off, she could very possibly be killed. Please like this comment so Roman can see. I noticed how close she sits and I know it’s because she’s short but try to recline the seat back as much as you can while still being able to see while you’re driving. I just couldn’t go without saying something and then have something happen, I would feel horrible. Again, please like so Roman can see.

Living While We Can reclining? That’s not the solution, the fact is she needs the seat base close to the pedals and the only way around it is to move the seat base. Reclining the seat will make her view out of the windscreen far worse and it defeats the point of a headrest does it not? Whiplash will be just as bad.

@Kerri Cullins I got fed up with glasses. And Im sure most people who wear glasses will agree with me. LASIK was a great decision for me and I have zero regrets. Not having to wake up and walk in 2 walks until I get to my glasses is money well spent in my eyes.

I believe it is able to adjust hyperopia or myopia but not astigmatism. Essentially if you are far sighted or near sighted its fixable, astigmatism which is really popular is not fixable

The biggest complication, minus blindness in very rare cases, is persistent dry eye. I have been told that for some it can become pretty debilitating with how much it effects your life. Had a family friend who worked at a lasik clinic.
