I’ve commented on this several times! I’ve heard it from both sides but it’s much worse by prosecution. 🙄 So unprofessional… and you are right, it’s immature! I even called the news desk and asked them to pass on the message that this could result in a mistrial if the jury became aware of it! I’m not impressed by either the prosecution or defense!

Not always because they only rent a building for a few days, I've been to several Gun shows in three different states and none had camera's, it would be nice to have all buildings that relate to weapons and sales have video and camera set up..

How could she have pulled this crime off differently not to get caught? The slinky creature. Yep, leave phone at home. Go to the scene and park a block away at a TV station - anywhere but the parking lot of the OCI - so sly, they'd never see her walk in. And, no doubt she knew full well OCI never had any CC cameras. But, how did no CC pick up her walking across the street from her car into the building, if that is where she parked from 7-7:30am? Was it that bereft of cameras in 2018?

@@sleuththewild I’m not sure NB knew to look around for cameras or she would have been aware that they were there. It’s un/lucky she was caught on them where she was or there would be no case. This is the main reason I believe it was here because there was no reason to drive around there on a Saturday morning except to commit murder. I also believe that she was caught coming home by the neighbor and she quickly made up the loose dogs story. I don’t think the woman was exact on the time that occurred but the situation seems true.

I hate to speculate while she is still innocent, but the testimony is adding up seems she pre-meditated it for, at least, 3 months. I know right where that shooting range is. Very isolated. She bought the gun 3 mo in advance. But, if it was gun proved rarely used, she couldn't have used that gun to shoot him. Was she on video showing up at the gun range? She shot him twice in the heart; front and back. She must have practiced.

Well… you’d have to assume she thought she wouldn’t be scrutinized. Which if you assume this type of planning, why wouldn’t she? Any idea how much it costs to defend yourself in a trial like this? She’s not worth a penny right now. I’d like to hear more from step son - moved back not long before, was second in line, huge gun guy, made gun kits, etc?

Prosecution does not speak with confidence and bumbles his words. The female witness who maps out phone speaks in a non professional manner using a horrible speaking voice. Audio is deplorable overall (masks on or off)

Okay, at 40 mins, the testimony is important as hell. Not the gun, nor the Slide and Barrel evidence came from Brophy's home. The defense is very experienced and good at her questions. I don't know any of the details on that but, if I were a juror, I'd be transfixed by this.

The gun came from Nancy's home and she voluntarily told law enforcement about it. The ghost gun came from Nancy's storage, which she didn't tell the detective about. The slide and barrel was delivered to Nancy's home and was researched and purchased by her on ebay. The position of the slide and barrel on the gun was incorrect, meaning it had been messed with AFTER it left the seller at the expo. Nancy said she hadn't touched it, but just put the case away in the closet as is: lie. That pretty much covers it. The defense is a mess.

If she did, in fact, practice at the shooting range, would she have used the same gun which it was testified they could tell the gun hadn't been fired much. If she didn't use that gun, what gun did she use? It seems to me as an inexperienced gun person, she would have gone out there several times. (unless she just got off 2 lucky shots through Dan's heart)

@@hoppy6141 You know, that was a hard fact to sink in when I gave it thought. She must have hit him within 36" (arms length) in his back. Did he know she was there? Did it stun him and he turned around to see - and it was her? Apparently, he was paralyzed from the first shot to the back and unable to move his legs. How did he get turned around so she could shoot him again face to face at close range?

@@tourdedogue4952 I think she surprised him with the water running and shot in the back as he was facing the sink. That caused immediate loss of the use of his legs and may have spun him around. Remember the ice shovel to the far right of the sink? I’d think he was holding it when hit. Nothing was said but she may have shot him in the chest after he was on the floor. It’s hard to believe she could do that but true crimes know anyone can.
