My enjoyment is immediately immense. No gradation whatsoever. I’m hearing nice traces of Merchant and Gervais. And here and there slivers of Coogan and Keys. Lovely stuff

@@danpreston564 Well he's defo an influence but there are many others too i bet. People are always gonna be influenced by success that went before them, it's how it's interpreted that matters and i think these do a fantastic job.

I can totally see the influence now you mention it, but I hadn't noticed it before, even having watched all episodes several times. Maybe because I was already a fan of The Pin, having listened to their Radio 4 series for years as my bedtime listening. It is perfect radio comedy and nothing like Gervais. Try it!
