I totally agreed if you complained about rubbish everywhere, that very low class mentality, even in Islam cleanliness is important for health and life but maybe people in the just ignorant, and I hate that and I fully understand what you feel. Oh dear, the 4 am sound is the call of Subuh prayer. Indonesia in most of the part of the country are populate by muslims. We do have morning prayer before sunrise so the loud voice from the speaker do meant to wake people up to pray. This will happen in any muslims country. Since you guys coming from Romania, maybe you guys are not familiar with this and I can understand that dissapoinment when you guys woken up from your deep sleep to the loud sound of the call of prayer. Perhaps next time, you guys can try to find hotels that situated far from a mosque location.

If the hotel are five star, its ok to you judge everything, but you just stay in cheapest hotel, so many hotel at ternate are good in service and “food” if you spend your money more a lot. I know that city very well faaaaar from you guys.. my father from Ternate and I am born and raised in Jakarta. IT IS dirty, IT IS rubbish everywhere. BUT when you ALWAYS see ANYTHING from the negativity, you will get the negativity too. Even you two live in the PALACE also, hundred percent sure that you guys will always complaining. Because you two have negativity mind and bad vibes. If you have google (at least google) on your phone. Please remind to doing observation before traveling. Ternate, especially North Maluku have a loooot of beautiful ocean, everyone who have a lot of money often go to Ternate for diving. Not for walking to record rubbish (pity activity). There are lot of seafood restaurants, and delicious king crab, fresh grilled fish, papeda, Ternate's sashimi known as Gohu, if you have enough money to pay.. you can enjooooy the luxurious meal from there. Oh one more thing, there are loooot of nice hotel who have a sink, IF you willing to pay more. Please we all well education (I guess) even the RICHEST COUNTRY in the world, have a dirty alley full of rubbish and homeless too guys. PLEASE SPREAD POSITIVE VIBES. (well, not here I guess)
