Is it ok to use this phrase , *Im counting the hours till 〜* when I talk to the members I am having meeting online in the business setting. When one of them come to my country for a business trip,.I want to show the person hospitarity. something like *I am counting the hours till I will see you in Japan.* I want tell that we are happy to meet face to face finally instead of online as usual,.and show my appreciation that he or she come all the way down to our place. OuR is it just between, couples ?

Thank you for the inquiry😊 I would advise against using this phrase with business associates(ビジネス関係者に対してこのフレーズを使用しないことをオススメです🤔) It is best used for romantic couples only, though it can also work with very close friends and family(ロマンチックなカップルにのみ使用するのが最適ですが、非常に親しい友人や家族にも使用できます🤭) Instead, I would recommend saying, "I'm very much looking forward to meeting face-to-face." 日によって返信にお時間いただく場合もございますが、 またご質問がありましたら、お気軽にコメントください😊
