Stunning as always; I use the same technique when adding butter; but I also add some mayonnaise (1 tea spoon will be enough for your amount of potato) and then wiping another 15 seconds; I don’t even use cream, only whole milk and potato ends up very velvety; u don’t even taste mayo, no one could ever guess
