Well tbh it's not really shojo since only Tsukasa is getting the exposure and character improvement. The other two main love interests getting badly slidelined especially Junta. The ending was confusing and ambiguous too plus the MC has zero progression in relationship or characterization unlike Tsukasa which is strange (but I don't think it's bad actually) like she remains 'romantic killer' from the beginning until the end. Ofc it's not a bad thing but it's more shounen-like since shojo series really encompassing dynamic change in relationship while shonen is known for being stagnant or having comical approach in the relationship dynamic. If you reading romcom shojo series like maid-sama, ao haru ride and tonari no kaibutsu-kun, etc. and compare it with romcom shonen series like komi-san, dressup darling, horimiya, etc. you will understand what I mean. Even some shonen series has zero change in main couple's relationship dynamic which different than the shojo series. Imho this series is perfect blend of both shojo and shonen, or you can say shonen series with some shojo spice on it.

I feel you. The skip ending feature sucks for anime. But apparently you can turn it off, but I think it has to be done through the main Netflix account settings online and isn't a feature that can be toggled through the TV end of it.

Not only did I enjoy the concept of this anime, but the characters made it EVEN BETTER especially Anzu and Riri . I laughed at every episode. The majority of the characters were likeable and entertaining. Watching this show helped me relax after a long period of stress. I'm hoping for a season 2 because this isn't your typical shoujo romance. Such a phenomenal series and the cast is STACKED!

For me the first season was a three parter. Part 1: Parody of a romcom. Part 2: Actually became a romcom. Part 3: Romcon turns into drama. I can't wait for next season. Hopefully we will get another as lit as this, so it burst into flames like phosphorus, eurobeat OP or ED next season aswell.
